Governance
Deployed the Microsoft Power Platform CoE Starter Kit to get ahead of environment sprawl as a new practice was standing up – and tuned it to fit rather than running it stock. Familiarised internally first, then rolled the pattern to a client tenant.

Architecture
- Deployed proactively, not reactively. A new practice was forming, so governance and inventory went in early – before sprawl made it expensive to retrofit. Act-now over clean-up-later.
- Ran it tuned, not stock. Opened up environment creation rather than keeping the request-gating in front of it (the default challenge questions were sound, but the gate added friction at that stage), and the Innovation Hub didn't fit how the team wanted to work – which is why a separate request/approval app was built instead.
- Internal tenant first, then client. Used our own tenant to learn the kit's behaviour and gotchas before deploying it for a client.
