About me

The short version

I am a professional button-pusher, Power Platform builder, automation obsessive, father of two daughters, and fiance to a Danish gamer girl I drove 1000 miles to drag back to the UK nearly ten years ago. Side projects are becoming main projects, and that is why this site exists.

The scenic route

  • School did not exactly go to plan
  • Guildford College for motor mechanics
  • Quick Fit fitter, parts shop, then electrical work
  • Data cabling, London moves and changes, builds, support, MSP projects
  • PowerShell scripts turned into automation work
  • Dynamics 365 and Power Platform by baptism of fire

Side quests

  • Probably building more Lego
  • Game dev experiments; many started, none finished, which I understand is tradition
  • Had three VW Corrados and would love another one day
