Internal Power Platform tool
A standalone request-and-approval app for staff to request access to new tools and products, capturing a business case and ROI rationale per request rather than a bare yes/no. Built to fit the team's process where the CoE Innovation Hub didn't.

Architecture
- Request capture with business-case and ROI fields, feeding an automated approval/routing flow.
- Self-service front end for staff, built to fit the process rather than configure around an off-the-shelf hub.
Evidence
- Internal request-and-approval app delivered into use, then handed over to maintain.
- The lesson: the app was the easy part. The more interesting problem was the human process around it – an approval workflow only works when approvers have the context to make good calls. It's why I now design the inputs and the process as deliberately as the app itself.
